Process

1. Review 3 to 5 competitor websites.

   • Outline their navigation.
   • See what content is highlighted or called out.

2. Create an outline for the client website.

3. Present outline to the client and request feedback.

4. Make revisions to the sitemap until the client is satisfied.

5. Ask client to sign off on the sitemap
